Plot:Lethal Justice? Stewart) has to keepthe volatile Juliet (Meghan Ory) under control after District Attorney,Lisa Clayton (guest star Tia Carrere) fails to convict, Kenneth (FulvioCecere), a suspected serial rapist. The escalation continues when theteam finds that Kanes former war veteran and sniper comrade, Bird (RyanRobbins), whos suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, issuspected of killing innocent people by way of sniper rifle. With thecurrent political elections and the people of Seattle running scared,Kanes team must keep its cool even as the recent crime wave looks tobe the bloodiest yet.
