In this book, Tony Schwartz explores ways to be generally more efficient in all areas of our lives (like taking regular breaks to recharge our creativity, avoid multitasking and also checking emails all day and makes us question our routine.
He uses practical studies and cites authors/researchers such as Jill Bolte Taylor about the 2 sides of the brain, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi about creativity and the state of "flow", Maggie Jackson about finding it hard not to constantly distract ourselves.
I found the book very inspiring and I especially liked the section about resistance and how our reserve of willpower gets weaker and weaker and depletes our overall energy when we try to resist something or to push ourselves to do something.
I really liked Tony Schwartz approach and being a queen of procrastination myself, I find his tips very motivating
